Our Founder
Hedy Golshani has been practicing law in the Workers’ Compensation arena for more than 19 years. She is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and has worked both as an Applicant and Defense attorney.
For the last 14 years she has focused her time on defending numerous employers and carriers and has helped them save millions of dollars by resolving their cases in an expedited manner.

Ms. Judy Robertson has been working in the Workers’ Compensation field for the last 27 years in many different positions including legal assistant, billing, client relations, accounting and legal case handling. She has had extensive experience in employee management including Human Resources.

Mr. Okumushyan is a seasoned paralegal with over 17 years of experience in the defense workers’ compensation arena. Throughout his career, he has honed a deep understanding of workers’ compensation laws and defense strategies, providing essential support to attorneys in handling cases.

Casey has been with a workers compensation law firm environment for over 10 years.
She has joined Hedy Golshani’s law firm in March of 2022 and brings over 10 years of professional experience. She assists the firms’ team and clients with all aspects of the workers’ compensation process including document preparation, setting medical appointments, setting depositions, subpoenaing records, and filing settlement documents.

Mrs. Garibay is an experienced Workers Compensation Law Legal Secretary. Mrs. Garibay has worked for 22 years in the Defense side of the Workers’ Compensation system providing complex legal assignments requiring extensive skills, knowledge, and experience.
Mrs. Garibay developed a strong sense of professional knowledge, responsibility, team building skills and the ability to adapt to high pressure environments.
